This body armor is made out of 1/4" AR500 steel, and the plates are covered in a base coat of Herculiner. The plate has been shot with .223, 5.56 green tip, .308 Winchester, and 7.62x39  all at 100 yards; nothing has come close to penetrating it. This plate could withstand thousands of rounds. 

 The plates are available in combinations of coated or uncoated, curved or flat.
